In 1977, the founders of Natrad Food started Natrad Malaysia Sdn Bhd with a partner and began distributing Laughing Cow in Malaysia. In 2005, the partner retired and we incorporated Natrad Food Sdn Bhd to continue the business, and in 2023 we became part of the Frosts Group.

We distribute to major modern trade retailers throughout West Malaysia and also to East Malaysia through various agents. We supply most of the foodservice market directly and also work with partners to reach hotels and resorts.

Our Services

  • We evaluate all products for market feasibility and proceed to lay out a market entry plan.
  • Marketing and promotion activities are discussed with brand owners and with a pre-agreed budget we will proceed with market activations.
  • We are also able to drive demand with local social media efforts and relevant events participation.
  • We are able to offer both delivery to distribution centres and also direct to stores.
  • Frosts specialises in Frozen-Thaw logistics and we supply many of such bakery and dessert items to the retail and convenience market.

Operating since 1996 in Singapore, we are an importer and full-service distributor of a large and diverse range of frozen, chilled and ambient food products sourced from all over the world. We operate two distribution centres in Singapore, with a combined area of 40,000 square feet, provisioned with large freezer and chiller chambers. By the end of 2024, our warehousing capacity will be expanded to 75,000 square feet. We handle storage and delivery logistics for Frozen, Chilled and Ambient products. Additionally, we possess expertise in frozen-thaw logistics.
